Pascal Aiache is a self-taught artist, based in Paris, working with acrylic painting, on canvas.  Aiache focuses now on the expressive power of colors, alone. He believes they have the power to create a soothing and positive energy. His vibrant colors, deployed on stripes with joyful contrasts, convey a feeling of happiness, peace, and harmony.

Inspired by nature and the ocean, as well as colors in American abstract, he channels artists such as Mark Rothko, Frank Stella, Ellsworth Kelly and Henri Matisse. Aiache’s art invite the viewers to relax on a paradise beach, where the sound of the ocean is music to the soul.
